Terms of Service & Sale

1. Who we are

Travel Planner is provided by GHIC — Global Human Intelligence Consulting, a French single-member limited liability company (SARL unipersonnelle), SIREN 939 603 593, RCS Paris 939 603 593, VAT FR06939603593, registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. Publication director: Philippe Guillamo (gérant).

You can reach us anytime at philippe.guillamo@ghi-c.com.

2. What the service is

Travel Planner builds personalised trip proposals from your criteria: destination ideas, a day-by-day itinerary, an estimated budget and links to booking sites.

Every proposal is an estimate. Prices, schedules, availability and conditions must be confirmed at the time of booking, on the booking site itself. Visa information is indicative only: always check with the official source (embassy or consulate) before travelling.

Travel Planner is not a travel agency and sells no trips. Bookings are made directly with third-party sites, under their own terms. Some of the links we show are partner links that may earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you.

3. Your account

You can use Travel Planner without an account, within a daily search limit. A free account is optional and simply requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

4. Subscription and prices

The subscription costs €9.99 per month or €59.99 per year, VAT included. It is sold on the website only and paid through Stripe, our payment provider — we never see your card details.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from your account page (Stripe customer portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep your benefits until then.

Prices may change for future periods; you will be informed before any change applies to you.

5. Right of withdrawal — and our 14-day guarantee

By subscribing, you ask for immediate access to the service and expressly consent to its immediate performance.

Travel Planner voluntarily applies a policy that is more favourable than the legal minimum: during the 14 days following your first payment, you may cancel with immediate effect and receive a full refund, on simple request from your account page. No justification needed.

6. Fair use

The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Circumventing search limits, mass-extracting content or reselling access is not allowed, and may lead to the suspension of the account concerned.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and its suggestions relevant, but trip proposals remain estimates and the service is provided as is.

We are not a party to any booking you make with third-party sites, and we are not responsible for the travel services themselves (flights, hotels, activities). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediation service, free of charge, to seek the amicable resolution of a dispute with us, within one year of their written complaint to us (subject to article L.612-2).

GHIC — Global Human Intelligence Consulting has appointed SAS Médiation Solution as its consumer mediation body, under membership number 19043/VM/2607.

You can refer a matter to the mediator: in writing to Sas Médiation Solution, 222 chemin de la bergerie, 01800 Saint-Jean-de-Niost, France; by email to mediation@sasmediationsolution-conso.fr; or through the online form “Saisir le médiateur” at https://www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr.

Whichever channel you use, your request must include: your postal, telephone and email contact details; our name, address and registration number with Sas Médiation Solution; a brief summary of the facts; a copy of your prior complaint to us; and any document useful to examine the request (order, invoice, proof of payment, etc.).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may use the consumer mediation service described above free of charge, or bring the matter before the competent courts.
